Content: DECISION   The Mayor in sub-committee RESOLVES that;   1.     approves the Vulnerable Council Tenants and Leaseholders’ Policy at Appendix 1 in the report submitted.

Reasons for the decision: The new policy helps the Council meet the RSH’s Consumer Standards, specifically the Tenant Empowerment Standard and Safety and Quality Standard.
