Content: It was RESOLVED: -   1.1      That the 2024/25 Housing Revenue Account deficit of £47k be funded from Strategic reserves.   1.2      To approve the Revenue Contribution to Capital (RCCO) of £1m.   1.3      To approve the carry forwards of £9.4m from 2024/25 Capital Programme into 2025/26.   1.4      To note the revised treatment of the £6m loan repayment through internal borrowing rather than through the revenue account.   REASON FOR DECISION To ensure that Councillors are kept informed of the financial position for Housing Revenue Account.   Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:   The recommended option were set out in the Recommendations.
