Content: That Council be recommended to: 1.    Approve that authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for City Transport in consultation with the Director of Resident Services to approve the proposed changes to the governance of the Key Route Network, so the West Midlands Combined Authority can submit a proposal to the Secretary of State to amend the West Midlands Combined Authority (Functions and Amendments) 2017 Order.
