Content: 1.     That the new Home Loss and Disturbance Payment Policy, attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.   2.     That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing, in consultation with the Executive Director of Economy, to approve minor editorial changes to the Policy and any future amendments necessitated by legislative changes.
