Purpose: To consider an update of the Medium Term Financial Outlook for 2026/27 to 2029/30.

Content: RESOLVED: 1.1    That the financial forecasts set out in this report and supporting annexes in respect of both the GF and HRA be noted. 1.2    That the approach proposed to setting a balanced budget for 2026/27 and steps to support the budget in future years as set out Annex B of the report, be agreed. 1.3    That the Portfolio Holder, Cabinet and Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) continue to develop detailed proposals to facilitate the delivery of a robust and sustainable Medium Term Financial Plan.
