Content: R E S O L V E D – that   A.    the Revenue and Capital budget forecast positions as at Quarter 1 / M3 (June) 2025/26 be noted.   B.    the revenue budget virement of £425k to create a budget for new revenue expenditure for the Housing Improvement Plan, as set out in paragraph 4 and the committee report reported elsewhere on the agenda, be approved.   C.   the rephasing of the HRA capital programme as set out in paragraph 7 of the report be approved.
