Purpose: To report the results of the statutory consultation for the above-named Traffic Regulation Order, which seeks to amend the Wokingham Borough Council (Various Off-Street Borough Car Parks) (Civil Parking Enforcement) Order 2023 (Amendment No. 5) Order 2025 and to seek the decision of the Executive Committee

Content: RESOLVED that the Executive:   1)    Considered the objections received to the proposed Amendment Order.   2)    Approved the making of the necessary Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedures 1996; and instructs the Service Director for Highways & Transport to inform those who have responded to the consultation accordingly.
