Content: RESOLVED - That authority be delegated to the Service Director (Development) in consultation with the Cabinet Member (Finance and Regeneration), to (i) negotiate and agree terms with Moldgreen ARLFC (DRAM Holdings) for the grant of a 125 year lease for the DRAM Centre and (ii) instruct the Service Director (Legal, Governance and Commissioning) to enter into and execute all necessary documentation in connection with the grant of the lease.
