Purpose: To provide an update on the progress of the Community Wealth Building programme. To also approve application for Living Wage Accreditation and committing to pay all staff Real Living Wage.

Content: (Non-key decision):   1)    To note the progress made in delivering Community Wealth Building.   2)    To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance to apply for Lewes Distrct Council to become a living wage employer and commit to paying Real Living Wage to all staff (see paragraph 2.11-2.18 of the Cabinet report).
