Purpose: To note Concorde Way cycle scheme has been accepted into the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) overprogramming programme as proposed by WECA, including the submission of the Feasibility and Development Funding Application Form (FADFAF) to seek the development funding. To seek approval for the submission of the Full Business Case (FBC) to WECA and subject to approval, to accept and invest the funding to deliver the Concorde Way cycle scheme.

Content: That the Committee for Transport and Connectivity: Agreed to having the Concorde Way cycle scheme accepted into the CRSTS overprogramming programme, as proposed by WECA, including the submission of the Feasibility and Development Funding Application Form (FADFAF) to seek the development funding.
