Purpose: Asset Management Strategy and associated action plan relating to the councils general fund assets.

Content: Resolved:   That Cabinet:    adopt the proposed Assets Management Strategy.    Delegate to the Director of Assets in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Regeneration and Assets, to make minor changes as appropriate to reflect adoption of the Our Wiltshire Plan.    Reason for decision:   To create the right framework for its assets to be managed and aligned to meeting Council objectives.
