Content: Decision: 1.       Noted the comments from the Overview and Scrutiny committees review of the Performance Monitoring report for quarter 1 of 2025/26 as set out in the Supplementary Agenda.   2.       Reviewed the Performance Monitoring report for quarter 1 2025/26, set out in Appendix 1 to the report and made no recommendations.   Reason(s): To support our corporate performance monitoring framework and enable the Overview and Scrutiny committees to monitor the Council’s performance and raise any areas of concern to the Executive. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None. Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
