Purpose: To accept an increase in the rent on Stonebridge Depot from £222,000pa to £275,000pa with effect from the 4/12/24 rent review date.

Content: Decision: In relation to the lease of Stonebridge Depot, Shalford to The Police & Crime Commissioner for Surrey dated 4 December 2019, to approve an increase in the rent from £222,000 per annum to £275,000 per annum with effect from the 4 December 2024 rent review. Reason(s): 1.       The proposed settlement represents best consideration. 2.       The proposed annual rent secures a substantial increase in the annual rental income stream for the Council. Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None. Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
