Purpose: Hertsmere Borough Council (“The Council”) last reviewed and adopted its policy in July 2022.  The Committee considered proposed amendments in December 2024 and following consultation on those amendments Officers propose the adoption of a revised policy. 

Content: That the Licensing Committee endorse the amended private hire and hackney carriage licensing policy attached at Annex D and recommend to Full Council that it be adopted.
