Purpose: To provide an update on the latest position regarding outstanding Continuing Health Care invoices raised by the Council for payment by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Content: (a)     That the update on the current position regarding outstanding Continuing Health Care invoices raised by the Council for payment by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board be noted; and   (b)     The future monitoring reports be delegated to the Chief Officer (Social Services) and only be referred to this Committee in the event that the amount outstanding exceeds £750k for three consecutive months.
