Content: 1.         That the extension of the insurance contract, be agreed to September 2026. 2.         That the renewal terms for the policies commencing 1 October 2025, be agreed. 3.         That authority be delegated to the Director of Finance and Resources to agree the outstanding premiums terms for Combined Liability, Excess Liability and Motor Fleet in consultation with the Cabinet member for Resources and Customer Experience.
