Purpose: An extension to the current Technology Enabled Care (TEC) contract is required to enable the Council to develop a new TEC service in Liverpool. The procurement process that drives the new service will take us past the current TEC contract end date of 31st December 2025. Extending the contract will ensure that our service users who receive continuous monitoring will remain safe, whilst a new service is being developed.
