Purpose: Tower Hamlets Reduction and Recycling Plan (RRP) 2023-2025 was approved by Cabinet in September 2023. A noting report detailing progress of the RRP is due at Cabinet on a quarterly basis. This report will cover 2024-25 and include a copy of the report being sent to the GLA

Reasons for the decision: A quarterly progress report was requested as a recommendation of the approval of the RRP at September 2023 Cabinet.
