Purpose: Public Health have led on the commissioning and procurement of a Public Mental Wellbeing Programme. Following the completion of a competitive tender exercise across July and August 2025, Public Health wish to record the decision made by the delegated authority.

Content: ·       To award Lot 1 – the Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Training and Engagement service to the provider Spring North to commence delivery in October 2025 until 31st March 2028, with option to extend until March 2030. ·       To award Lot 2 – the Men’s Mental Wellbeing service to the provider Rugby League Cares to commence delivery in October 2025 until 31st March 2028, with option to extend until March 2030. ·       Lot 3 will not be awarded at this time (the Community Bereavement Support service).
