Purpose:

Content: To support the proposal in the report to proceed with the process for making a permanent off-street parking order in Dinas Dinlle Car Park.   To delegate authority to the Head of Economy and Community in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Economy and Community and the Head of Legal Services and in accordance with the Regulations to prepare a draft order, publish a Notice of Intention to make the order with a public consultation period, collate and consider all responses, respond to objectors and modify the proposal if necessary and, subject to these processes Make the final Order and publish a Notice of Making an Order.
