Content: (1)        That the Cabinet agreed the existing Damp and Mould Policy was replaced by the new legislative requirements under Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2025 also known as “Awaab’s Law” as described in Appendix 1 to this report.
