Content: At the start of the meeting under Council Standing Order 9.1.2 a vote was taken to re-order the business on the agenda to move Motion 12.12 (tackling late night fireworks and associated anti-social behaviour in Bradford) to be considered with Motion 12.9 (antisocial fireworks).   Resolved –   That under Council Standing Order 9.1.2 to re-order the business on the agenda to move Motion 12.12 (tackling late night fireworks and associated anti-social behaviour in Bradford) to be considered with Motion 12.9 (antisocial fireworks).   Under Council Standing Order 9.1.4 a further vote was taken to combine Motions 12.9 (antisocial fireworks) and Motion 12.12 (tackling late night fireworks and associated anti-social behaviour in Bradford).    Resolved –   That under Council Standing Order 9.1.4 the debates on Motions 12.9 (antisocial fireworks) and Motion 12.12 (tackling late night fireworks and associated anti-social behaviour in Bradford) be combined with a separate vote taken on each motion.       (1)               Suspension of operations at Waddington Animal By-Product             Processing Plant.   Resolved –   That the petition be referred to the Regulatory and Appeals Committee.   (2)               Explore and support all possible means to mitigate the            continuous decay of the Grade 2 listed building St Ives Mansion            and its surrounding grounds.   Resolved –   That the petition be referred to the Executive.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director Place and Director of Legal and Governance
