Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED Provider Assessment and Market management (i)                  Approval be given for the extension of the current contract for the supply of a Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution for a period of12 months from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 together with permission to procure a new contract from the Government Framework – G-Cloud to commence 1 April 2027 for a period of three years ending 31 March 2030    Specialist 24 hour Residential and Nursing provision – Pre-Placement Agreement (ii)               Approval be given for the tender for a new Pre-Placement Agreement for Specialist 24 hour Residential and Nursing provision for all ages in Tameside to commence on 1October 2026 for a period of five years up to 30 September2031.   Provision of Personalised Extra Care Support for People with a Physical and/or Sensory Disability aged 18-55 (iii)             Approval be given to tender for a new contract to commence no later than 1 April 2027, for a period of five years to end 31 March 2032,with an option to extend for a further two years up to 31 March 2034, should the service remain competitive in terms of quality and price   Direct Payment Support Service (iv)             Approval be given to enact the final one-year extension on the current contract with Pay Partners Ltd from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 and to procure a new contract to commence 1 November 2027 for a period of five years ending 31 October 2032.   Telecare and Assistive Technology (v)               Approval be given to extend the current membership of the Northern Housing Consortium Technology Enabled Care Services Framework for a period of 5years from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032   Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) (vi)             Approval be given  to tender for the provision of a new contract to commence no later than 1 October 2026 for a period of three years to 30September 2029, with the option to extend for a further two years from 1 October 2029 to 30 September 2031, should the service remain competitive in terms of quality and price   Delegated authority to award contracts (vii)           Delegated authority be given to the appropriate Officers to award contracts following completion of the proposed procurement routes via a Delegated Officer Decision Notice, subject to compliance with the Council’s Procurement Standing Orders
