Purpose: IBP project IBP/330 is part of a wider West Sussex County Council project to ensure a sufficient supply of school places for pupils arising from new development by creating additional classrooms at Portfield Primary Academy, Chichester. Approval is sought to release £1.8 million of Community Infrastructure Levy receipts to facilitate the delivery of this project.
