Purpose: The expansion of Southbourne GP Surgery is part of a set of projects to ensure a sufficient level of GP surgery places are available to mitigate against population growth arising from planned development in our area. Approval is sought to release £1.1 million of Community Infrastructure Levy receipts and £71,059.43 of Primary Care Trust s106 contributions to facilitate the delivery of this project.
