Purpose:

Content: *RESOLVED –   1.   That the revised Corporate Complaints Policy, attached at Appendix A to the officer’s report, be approved.   2.   That authority be delegated to the Service Director for Digital, HR and Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Customers and Business Transformation and the Service Director for Housing, to approve future minor changes to the Corporate Complaints Policy.   REASONS FOR DECISIONS   1.   To ensure compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s Statutory Complaint Handling Code.   2.   To ensure that any further minor changes to the Corporate Complaints Policy can be approved by the designated service director(s) in consultation with the designated Cabinet Member.
