Content: Cabinet:     1.     Noted the Draft Strategic Outline Case (draft SOC) for the Hemel Health Campus project   2.     Agreed that a letter of support is signed by the Leader and Chief Executive and submitted to DBC’s partners, West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (WHTH) and the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (HWE ICB) to support the submission of the draft SOC to NHS England and HM Treasury for formal approval.
