Content: That Council be recommended to: 1.    Approve the publication of the 2024-2025 Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) in line with statutory duties under the Childcare Act 2006.   2.    Endorse the five strategic priorities identified in the CSA to ensure sufficiency, quality, and accessibility of early years provision across Wolverhampton.
