Purpose: To agree an extension of the Parent and Child Residential Assessment Framework.

Content: The committee RESOLVED: (Unanimously)   1.      To note the previous approval to enter into an open framework/dynamic purchasing system for 4+2+2+2 years in October 2018 as set out in this report.   2.      To authorise the Executive Director Children & Education in consultation with Chair of the Children & Young People Committee to extend the Parent and Child Residential Assessment Framework in-line with the procurement routes and maximum budget envelopes outlined in this report and the Cabinet Report from 2018.   3.      To authorise the Executive Director Children & Education to invoke any subsequent extensions/variations specifically defined in the contract(s) awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this report and the Cabinet Report from 2018.   4.      To note that no changes will be made to any of the original Framework documents, including the service specification and the contracts with providers   5.      To note that the rate card will be adjusted in accordance with agreed uplift negotiation processes.
