Content: (1)            That the Cabinet agreed the draft Housing Service Charges Policy at Appendix 1 to this report; and   (2)            That this policy shall be reviewed every 5 years by the relevant Portfolio Holder and referred to Cabinet for decision if substantial changes are needed.
