Content: The Executive Resolved That the initial Capital Programme, financing arrangements, and proposed new criteria for 2026-27 to 2028-29 be noted, and any feedback provided ahead of final proposals being brought back to Executive in February 2026. Reason: To provide feedback ahead of final proposals being brought back to Executive and Council to approve the capital resources for 2026-27 onwards, which are considered necessary to support the Council’s service plans and objectives.
