Content: RESOLVED –   1)    That approval be given to the updated Procurement Strategy. 2)    That approval be given to the introduction of an Ethical Procurement Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct. 3)    That authority be delegated to the Service Director – Legal & Commissioning, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to make any minor amendments required to the Procurement Strategy, the Ethical Procurement Policy and Ethical Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
