Content: Decision:   That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment the List of Approved Contractors is amended as follows: -   Companies to be added to the List of Approved Contractors   The following company has applied and has passed the required assessments:-   Company Category Wellshill Civils & Plant Ltd (W045) 71, 72, 76   Removal of an approved Contractor   The following companies have failed to meet NPT’s H&S requirements:-   Company Category Professional Electronic Security Systems Ltd (P021) 47, 48 & 50 Brushdale Consulting (B036) 111   Reason for Decision:   Maintenance of the List of Approved Contractors - to seek approval of a new contractor and remove contractors.   Implementation of Decision:   That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
