Content: The Council voted (8 voting in favour, 20 voting against, 0 abstaining from voting) on an amendment submitted by Councillor Dan Lentell, which was defeated.     The Council voted (8 voting in favour, 19 voting against, 1 abstaining from voting) on a second amendment submitted by Councillor Dan Lentell, which was defeated.     Council (20 voting in favour, 6 voting against, 0 abstaining from voting) to:   a.     agreed the recommendations of the Independent Remuneration Panel, and   b.     adopted the Members Allowance Scheme 2025-2026 as set out in Appendix C to the report.
