Content: The Chair then invited the signatories to present the reasons for the call-in to the Committee.  Representations from Call In Signatories Councillors: David Coggins Cogan, Marion Bateman, Carol Ellis, Andy Hughes and Linda Thew outlined the reasons for the Call In, expanding on the reasons contained within the Agenda Responses from the Decision Makers The Cabinet Member for Education, Welsh Language, Culture and Leisure and Mrs Wendy White provided detailed responses to the points raised in the call in notice.
