Content: 8.1 The members considered a report of the Executive Director – Neighbourhoods to provide further clarification on the street cleansing services presented by Amey at the November Committee meeting.     8.2 RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Environmental Services and Regulation Policy Committee formally acknowledges the clarification delivered by Amey’s representative regarding street cleansing updates, as presented at the November 2025 committee meeting.     8.3 Reasons for Decision     8.3.1 Officers note that no decision is required from this paper and its associated committee meeting.     8.4 Alternatives Considered and Rejected     8.4.1 No proposals are made in this paper. The scope of the paper is to provide an update on Amey’s performance alongside an opportunity for council members questions and answers at the ESR committee meeting.
