Purpose: The purpose of this report is to provide Members with a clear outline of the proposed approach and way forward to progress Phase 2 of the Kingshurst regeneration project. The report will set out a revised funding strategy for the project and will seek approval to enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement with Wilmott Dixon to undertake further design works required to complete RIBA Stage 4 for Phase 2 of the Kingshurst Village regeneration project.
