Content: 1.                 That the 2026-27 Council Tax Base of 49,750.33 for the whole County Borough, as detailed at Appendix 1 to the Urgent report, be approved.   2.                 That the gross Council Tax base calculated at 49,967.30 for Welsh Government, as detailed at Appendix 1 to the Urgent report, be approved.   3.                 That the Council Tax base calculated for each Town and Community Council, as detailed in Appendix 2 to the Urgent report, be approved.
