Content: Resolved –   That having considered all valid representations made by the parties to the hearing; valid written representations received during the statutory period; the published statement of the licensing policy; and relevant statutory guidance, the Panel grants the application for 22 Killinghall Road, Bradford, BD3 8DS, subject to the following conditions:   i)               That the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol be limited to Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 23:00.   ii)             That Challenge 25 is adopted and implemented.     Reason – It is considered that the conditions are necessary for the promotion of the Licensing Objectives.   To be actioned by: Assistant Director Stronger Communities and Regulatory Services
