Content: Council unanimously agreed/agreed with the majority voting in favour to approve the recommendation of the Interview Panel to appoint Mrs Lorraine Morgan as an Independent Members of the Ethics & Standards Committee for a term of 4 years from the 21 January 2026, and to appoint two reserve members namely Mr Peter Keen and Mr Alan Jeremiah.
