Content: 1.      To authorise the award of a five-year contract for water and wastewater services for the Councils operational properties to Water Plus, effective from January 2026. The annual contract value is approximately £180,000 (excluding VAT), subject to yearly adjustments in accordance with the Consumer Price Index. 2.      To note Chorley Council will pay for leisure wastewater because the car parks are not included in the leisure service agreement.
