Purpose: To approve the Admission Arrangements for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools and the Co-ordinated Admission Schemes for Primary, Secondary and In-Year Admissions for 2026/27. To also note the ‘own admission authority schools’ proposing changes to their admission policies for 2026/27 and to note Published Admission Numbers for 2027/28.

Content: Resolved –   (1)           That the Primary and Secondary Admission Arrangements be approved.   (2)           That the Primary and Secondary Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme be approved.   (3)           That the In-Year Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme be approved.   (4)           That the Executive noted the proposed changes to the admission arrangements for own admission schools listed in Appendix E to Document “AY”.   (5)           That the Executive noted the Published Admission Numbers contained in Appendix Gto Document “AY”.   (6)           That the reduction of PAN at Long Lee Primary School be approved.   To be actioned by:  Interim Strategic Director of Children’s Services   Overview and Scrutiny Area: Children’s Services   (Rachel Phillips – 01274 439215)
