Purpose: To provide an update on the final draft of the Bradford Growth Plan.

Content: Resolved –   (1)           That the Bradford District Regeneration and Growth Plan be approved for publication and adoption as the Council and partners’ shared framework for inclusive regeneration and growth to 2035.   (2)           Executive endorsed the Plan’s delivery approach, including the four Main Drivers, the Big 7 Game Changers, and use of a rolling delivery plan to drive implementation across the three Growth Themes.   (3)           Executive agreed that progress will be monitored through the defined performance framework and reported through an annual progress report, alongside an annual refresh of the rolling delivery plan to maintain momentum and to respond to emerging opportunities and risks.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director, Place (Growth)   Overview and Scrutiny Area: Regeneration and Environment   (Phil Hunter – 07896 727653)
