Purpose: The Pride in Place Impact Fund is a time limited, 100% capital programme providing up to £1.5m per selected local authority across 2025/26 and 2026/27 to deliver visible improvements that rebuild community pride by March 2027. This paper proposes a governance model for delivering this funding.  

Content: RESOLVED (i)                 That approval be given to the approach to implementation of the Pride in Place Impact Fund, including engagement, oversight and proposed delivery and reporting timelines. (ii)               To approve the immediate launch for funding call to services for projects for initial investment round (by March 2026) (iii)             To note that Executive Cabinet will be the final decision-maker on projects and funding allocation
