Content: Decision: 1.        To note the comments from the Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting on 20 January 2026, as set out in Appendix 1 to the Supplementary Agenda Pack. 2.        To note the information in the report.           3.        To acknowledge the improvements that have been made to strengthen the Council’s position to deliver best value and operate with robust governance and oversight procedures.   Reason: To ensure councillors, residents and tenants remain informed about the Council’s progress in delivering the details of the Housing Improvement Plan and reassured that the Council is operating to high standards with robust governance structures in place.   Other options considered and rejected by the Executive: None.   Details of any conflict of interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any dispensation granted: None.
