Content: 1.          That the Council enters into an Agreement with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to be a Host City for the Women’s T20 Cricket World Cup.   2.          That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated authority, in consultation with the Director of Finance and Systems and the Director of Legal and Governance, to agree the terms and enter into the Host City Authority Agreement.   3.          That the Corporate Director of Place be delegated authority to approve the delivery of the Fan Village as described within the report.
