Content: Cabinet had before it a report * from the Head of Housing and Health on the Award of Replacement Roofing Programme Contract for Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Properties 2026-2030.   RESOLVED that:   The new four-year Replacement Roofing Contract be awarded to Contractor 3.   Delegated authority be granted to the S151 Officer (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Assets and Property Services) to complete the associated Replacement Roofing Contract.   Note * Report previously circulated
