Content: Cabinet had before it a report * from the Head of Housing and Health on the Award of Gas Servicing Contract for Housing Revenue Account (HRA) for 2026 - 2032.   RESOLVED that:   The new six year (four years with the option to extend for a further +1+1) gas servicing contract be awarded to British Gas Social Housing Ltd, t/a PH Jones Ltd.   Delegated authority be granted to the S151 Officer (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Assets and Property Services) to complete the associated service contract.   Note * Report previously circulated
