Content: The Director of Communities submitted a report to provide an overview of the padel tennis expression of interest process, evaluation and outcome, with a recommendation to lease land at The Eagles, Poulton-le-Fylde to the preferred bidder.   Decision   The Resources Portfolio Holder agreed:   That approval is given to lease council land at The Eagles, Poulton-le-Fylde to FY6 Padel, for a 15-year lease period.
