Purpose: To receive an update on Local Government Reorganisation.

Content: It was resolved that (i)     the LGR updates as set out in the Executive report dated 4 December 2025 be noted; (ii)    the approval by the Executive on 4 December 2025 of the establishment of the Joint Committees and the Terms of Reference be noted; and (iii)    the appointment of Councillor Barker and Councillor Lyons as Woking Borough Council’s representative and substitute to the West Surrey Voluntary Joint Committee followed by the statutory West Surrey Joint Committee be approved.
